Was kept informed every step of the way. Chandler arrived when he said he would and quickly found the problem, replaced the part, and got us back to a cool house very quickly! Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, keeping me informed on what needed to be done and how all would be working when finished. Very impressed!
