Members receive two maintenance visits per year to help prevent breakdowns, extend system life, and ensure everything is operating efficiently. You’ll also get a 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling, and access to 24-hour emergency service when you need it most.

Pricing starts at $16/month ($192/year) for one system in Tucson city limits & surrounding areas, with discounted bundled rates available for additional systems and mini splits. Depending on location and service area, pricing may vary based on travel distance from the main parts distribution center. Whether you have a single unit or multiple systems across your home, the Family Maintenance Plan is built to deliver dependable care, faster service, and long-term savings.

Came out and inspected my unit, he went above and beyond looking to see if my unit was under manufacturer warranty to be able to save me money on this repair. Luckily it was under warranty and I was beyond excited! As a new home owner, I had questions about the AC and how to keep up with the maintenance and Isaiah was knowledgeable and patient with me. D&H provided SAME DAY service and the tech Christian gave wonderful service in checking out both our Central AC and mini . split. Christian kept us informed on what he was diagnosing and the reason why. Would not hesitate to recommend D&H for all HVAC needs.
