Maxwell Fell is the official Winner of our “Oldest AC in Tucson” contest, with a Payne air conditioner manufactured in November 1971, some 53 years ago!
This gas package unit had been operational until very recently. Max’s late father was an HVAC technician and had kept this system going for years.
