Zach was here so fast. Very knowledgeable and able to explain what is needed to fix the ac. I'm still quite upset at the company, would not recommend, D&H, however Zach and all the numerous technicians i have met have all been wonderful!

Tim Caho with D&H did a great job repairing my heat pump. I appreciated his honest advice about the risk associated with repairing an old unit like mine. I decided to assume the risk and go ahead with the repair. Tim’s years of experience were evident as I watched him replace the faulty parts. I tried not to bother him too much as he worked, but he patiently answered all my questions while navigating the tangle of wires and components. It was a pleasure chatting with Tim. I feel lucky they sent me him.

Tim Caho was out again for a new problem on a different heat pump unit this time. The outside condenser unit was being disabled due to a blocked condensation drain pipe. The air handler's emergency water pan was full and thankfully the float switch worked to disable the outside unit. Tim had to suck it out with a shop vac (two 5 gallon buckets worth! and not easy because the air handler is in the attic space). There was no drain pipe connected to the emergency pan (not up to code) and the P-trap on the main drain was made up with 90 degree bends in the PVC making it impossible to clean with a pipe brush. Tim installed a new drain pipe on the emergency pan and also replaced the P-trap with a clear plastic curved P-trap with serviceable ports so you can see any sediment build up and it can now be cleaned with a brush he provided. Another 5 star job by Tim!

I’m a bit late with my review! I was very happy with my service. I had my very old swamp cooler taken out and replaced with a brand new air conditioning system. Also a mini split in another area of my house. I wanted to mention all the techs who worked most diligently during the very hot August temperature. The four techs were: Jeremy, Kaleb, Kyle and Dominque. A week later I had my ducts cleaned by Luis and Jason, another job well done. Also a shout out to Patrick who had guided me on the conversion.

We had technician Tim Caho out for a repair today. Asked for him because we found him to be trustworthy when he serviced my parents unit. He came out and got our unit in a few hours. Did little extras and went above our expectations. Will ask for him when calling D & H in the future.

Cristian, our service technician, came to the house after hours and deduced that the disconnect box was faulty. It took extra time, even after a long day, but he helped tremendously. Thank you D&H for getting my AC working again. 👏🏼

WAS very happy until today. I purchased a new AC unit two days ago. Came home today to find the unit set on cool and heat coming out of the unit! My 3 dogs were exposed to extreme heat. It is a good thing I came home when I did. I no longer recommend this company. Will update how management handles this unbelievable situation.

Technician Jacob was fixing my AC about an hour after I called the company! Jacob was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He even shared information to help prevent my AC problem from happening again. Thank you Jacob!
