We inspected a beautiful home in Oro Valley today, near Naranja and La Cañada. With 2 split systems, we had some work to do under D&H AC’s Family Planned Maintenance agreement. First, we installed a water safety rig on the attic system. We also installed a protection circuit on the 5-ton condenser. We then processed with the inspection: air filters, blowers, and cleanliness of evaporator coils. All systems OK. We flushed the condensation line and rinsed the condenser coils for a long life. We cycles both A/C systems with a 22-25 degree temperature split. The refrigerant pressures were OK. All motors and current controllers were operating within range. We ended our inspection and tune-up, all systems operational.
