D&H services all types of air conditioning units in the Sabina Canyon
Every day our HVAC technicians come back to our service centers with many stories related to air conditioning repair services. We decided to share some.
It’s always nice when we inspect a client’s dual A/C units to see that regular maintenance checks have preserved the systems very well. Today we were on N. Scenic Mountain Dr, in the area of Quail Canyon and Sabina Canyon, in the Catalina Foothills. The house has 2 stories so we checked the filters upstairs (clean) and downstairs (changed). Then we checked the amps, volts, temperatures, motors, current controllers, compressor and condensate lines. The systems are performing at peak level with an indoor temperature of 51°F (cold!). None of the 2 units are equipped with surge protectors, which we highly recommend due to the havoc that power surges wreak on a system and the fact that the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to damages due to natural causes (such as monsoon storms). Our client is renewing their Family Planned Maintenance contract for another year, which rewards D&H Air Conditioning for the quality of the worksmanship delivered over the past year. To inquire about the conditions of the Family Planned Maintenance program, please call our technicians at [phone]: you will receive all the information you need to compare and learn how our maintenance contract protects you and keeps your manufacturer warranty in full operation.
