DOES D&H SERVICE COMMERCIAL A/C?

YES! D&H AC services and maintains commercial and industrial A/C. We service all A/C brands, all models, whether or not we installed the units. Today on South Kinney Road (85713 zip code), we serviced 5 air conditioning units, starting with 3 Trane heat pump units. We started them up and checked pressures, checked amp draws and current controllers; vacuumed and cleaned out the condensation drains, checked the filters, checked & tightened all electrical connections. On the Trane unit facing south to the front of the building, the compressor was pulling high amps but the current controller read OK. Pressures were OK. We cleared out the condensation drain with a shop vac. The filters were in OK condition, all was operating normal at this time on those units. We recommended coil guards and AC renewal, due to the fact they are heat pumps. We ended service with two Daikin AC units: checked supply and return air temperatures on all five units: all air temperatures reading within factory range, and split temperatures between 17° and 24°. Sub-cooling and superheat were right where they need to be. Amp draws were good, though we had to replace a current controller on the Daikin AC unit facing south. We ended our maintenance call with all units operating under normal factory range.
