Tim Caho with D&H did a great job repairing my heat pump. I appreciated his honest advice about the risk associated with repairing an old unit like mine. I decided to assume the risk and go ahead with the repair. Tim’s years of experience were evident as I watched him replace the faulty parts. I tried not to bother him too much as he worked, but he patiently answered all my questions while navigating the tangle of wires and components. It was a pleasure chatting with Tim. This an honest and reliable family-own company. I had an AC emergency (four animals) and Pedro was here within minutes. He carefully assessed the problem, quoted a reasonable price (thermostadt), and executed the work promptly. Soon after, we discovered another problem (we don't do adequate annual maintenance, which Pedro educated us on) with our AC compressor this time. Pedro returned (at no house call charge this time), assessed the new problem, again quoted a reasonable price, and executed the job promptly and efficiently (taking only as much as he needed; no dilly-dallying). I had full AC service by end of day. I'll never use anyone else. Thank you Pedro! You're a life-saver!! 🙂
