We received outstanding service from Chuck at D&H! We were in need of urgent repairs on my 93-year-old father's AC. Chuck was on-site remarkably fast. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly and had the unit back up and running. Chucks professionalism and expertise are top -.notch. We couldn't have asked for better service!!

Logan showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and worked diligently until all the work was completed, all in very hot weather. Hats off to Logan and D&H.

Service was prompt, AC went out. Technician was able to diagnose problem and quickly fix problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable able to explain the problem in terms that I could understand. He also spotted a problem with the water heater.

Our AC went down and left us completely exposed to the harsh summer. Thankfully, we had a quick and effective call to D&H and now our disaster has been resolved. My experience was a situation with an A/C window unit that came with home i purchased....worked fine for a while then started blowing warm.... i called and a tech arrived by the name of merlin christiansen... he was very knowledgeable and professional... he checked unit with gauges and realized my capacitor was bad.... he changed it out and has been cooling ever since..i would recomend this young man to anyone who needs A/C repairs !!!!

Last summer our A.C. went out with having a newborn and Merlin was beyond helpful and right on top of helping us! He takes pride in what he does and loves to talk and walk you through what he does!

Where do I even begin?!

Based on the excellent Google reviews, I signed up for the D&H maintenance plan. Devin came out a couple days later and did a full inspection for over an hour showing me all the metrics on an iPAD. Devin was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested a surge protector - seemed like a good idea with all the Monsoon thunderstorms here in AZ. They will be return in the fall to inspect the heating system as part of the plan - seems like $192/yr well spent. Thanks Devin. SW

Prompt service, professional and helpful

Professionalism all the way. They said they would start at 8:00am and they did. They removed the old furnace/air-conditioner. Cleaned the old sealant off the base. Installed the new furnace/air-conditioner. installed a new WIFI thermostat. Took away the old equipment. Tested to make sure it works like it should. Cleaned up the work area. All this and left at 12:00. Very happy!!!!

I called D&H on a Saturday and they answered unlike most AC companies on the weekend. They we able to repair my A/C that afternoon for just the service call fee. It was just a loose wire and they didnt try to tell me my issue was something bigger on a 25yr old machine. I appreciated my techinician Ethans honesty and work ethic for being out there on a saturday in 105 heat. I will call again and I hope I get Ethan, it was a pleasant experience as far as one can be on a hot day with no A/C.

I’m so grateful for D&H emergency services. My A/C stopped working and of course it was at the beginning of a heat wave and also on a holiday. The D&H answering service took my call at 6 AM, their dispatch called me back an hour later, and their technician, Ethan, was here a couple hours later. He replaced a broken part, got the unit running, and checked the machine for other potential issues. Ethan explained what was going on, was thorough in checking that the A/C was running well, and was very easy to work with. I thought the rates were reasonable even with the extra charge for emergency service on a holiday. They were very upfront about that and even offered to come the next day if I felt that would be more affordable for me. As a female homeowner, it is a bit of a crapshoot when working with contractors, and I felt respected and that my concerns were being taken seriously with everyone that I interacted with. Thank you D&H for caring about your customers and to your employees for their excellent service.

Called with an A/C emergency, all I can say it was a very Pleasant experience from start to finish. The lady I spoke with over the phone was polite and clear in everything she explained to me. Then the follow up call with my technician Carols “Chuck” was again friendly and accurate.. and especially prompt with the time promised. Carlos was through and highly knowledgeable he not only made the repair he also took the time to explain the unit and it’s operating process to my Father-in-law who’s primary language is Spanish. I really appreciated that.

6/15/23: Again D&H called me to set up AC check up. Service person Josh was excellent.

7/13/26. It’s July in Tucson. At 4 pm we realize the AC fan is just blowing hot air from the garage. I call D & H and within 2 hours the problem - a blown capacitor - is fixed and we don’t have to spend the night in a hotel! Charge was less than half what one night in a hotel would have cost. I highly recommend these folks .

My AC split unit was shot and not worth fixing so bought a new one through them at a good price. They even waived the service call fee for looking at my old unit. One of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve ever run into. Highly recommend them!

D and H responded sameday to a worn out package unit on a very hot day. Instalation of new unit was 3 days out but they provided temporary cooling units to make the wait bearable. Instalation in one day and without any problem. Communication was good and we were kept aware of progress. Clean and simple installation matched up to our existing ductwork. Two weeks later unit quit in the middle of the night.They sent out the tech that morning and had it going that day.

I had my HVAC system replaced. Jeremy and Caleb came out to do the install. Both were very courteous and professional and both worked through the heat. My sales consultant Miguel was great too and answered all my questions. Overall, the purchase and installation experience was great. I now have a system that’s much quieter cools down faster than my old one.

Great company! They set me up with the portable AC until my unit was able to come in. They arrived on time they were courteous, and professional. No A/C on hot Saturday night July 4th. Technician was here first thing Sunday morning. Our 17-year-old system was completely replaced, up and running by 2:00 pm Monday. Everyone from D&H was efficient, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

(5Jul26) Our a/c system froze at the evaporator coil. Nathan did a thorough service to our a/c system including trying to find a refrigerant leak, with a careful and detailed search, for an hour. Nathan answered evert question, keeping his explanations clear.

We had D&H replace our HVAC unit on 6/24/26 and it was a very good experience. From the first meeting things were explained and the process was seamless. The installers (Jeremy and Chasen) were very professional and did an excellent job during quite a hot day. Highly recommend using D&H.
