D&H Air Conditioning is a genuine Tucson HVAC contractor, owned and operated locally since 1959. We are not a subsidiary of a national company, or the service branch of a Phoenix-based HVAC business. We have been a Tucson registered employer for more than half-a-century and we give back to our local community through various charities.
When you call us for service, maintenance, repair or replacement of an A/C unit, you talk to a real human being, not an answering machine. Our receptionist directs your call to the exact person you need to discuss with, and you can expect to have an air-conditioning specialist on the phone within seconds. No horrible waiting time, no runaround, no “we’ll call you back”.

LICENCES: AZ ROC# C-79 #070188 / C-39 #076494
It is important that you require your HVAC contractor to be licensed, bonded and insured. HVAC systems are more and more sophisticated, and unlicensed operations are a real risk for your home. When an HVAC unit is badly repaired, or not maintained, you can expect cascading problems that will ultimately lead to the breakdown of the unit or very costly part replacements. Air conditioning units function almost 20 hours a day in Tucson between May and October, and they absolutely require qualified maintenance. In most cases, improper maintenance will even void your manufacturer warranty! Manufacturers require today that you trust a licenced and certified HVAC contractor to service your A/C unit: the growing complexity of A/C units make it mandatory for technicians to be re-trained regularly and their knowledge to be updated constantly. We advise you NOT to hire unlicensed companies, and to verify that your HVAC contractor maintains its license current with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. You can find proof of our commercial HVAC license here and here for our residential HVAC license.
