You’ll also get a 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling, and access to 24-hour emergency service when you need it most.

Pricing starts at $16/month ($192/year) for one system in Tier 1 service areas, with discounted bundled rates available for additional systems and mini splits. Depending on location and service tier, pricing may vary based on travel distance from the core service area. Whether you have a single unit or multiple systems across your home, the Family Maintenance Plan is built to deliver dependable care, faster service, and long-term savings.
